An efficient workshop

Inserts for pasta and food processing factories are produced entirely in our workshop: a modern factory, designed to deliver the highest level of productivity.

Inside it has been designed to house sophisticated numerical control work centres and create a smooth-flowing production chain: from delivery of the bars to the cutting stage, from the drilling/finishing to the preparation/assembly of the inserts into the pasta dies, to the packaging and despatch. A laboratory with a small pilot press for testing and prototypes completes the workshop

A safe workshop

Our personnel enjoy the highest levels of health and safety in the workplace thanks to an extraction system which is put into operation at the end of each machining process. The workshop is equipped with underfloor heating that reduces the dispersion of dust and energy consumption.

There are also two warehouses: one for raw and semi-processed materials, and one for finished pasta inserts, a stock of items ready for immediate use to ensure orders are cleared as quickly as possible. An organisation model that ensures punctual delivery of the pasta dies and inserts.
